Dear Graduating Senior:

The Department of Communication invites you and your family to a reception honoring our graduates (May and August 2008). We are planning a gathering of students, faculty, staff, and families on Saturday, May 17, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. Students will need to get in line for the graduation ceremony no later than 12:00 pm.

Our reception will be in room 307 in the Hearnes Center . We have included a map to the Hearnes Center as well as a map of the 3rd floor to assist your family in locating the reception. If you take the paved path on the northwest corner of the building, you can walk directly to the room. Watch for the signs. There will be refreshments.

This is an exciting time for all of us and we hope you and your family will be able to join us in this celebration of your accomplishments.
