Marlo Goldstein Hode, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Conflict Resolution & Mediation Services for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. While at the University of Missouri in Columbia, she developed the first-of-its-kind online diversity course for faculty and staff provided to faculty and staff at all four campuses of the University of Missouri System. She holds a courtesy faculty position in the Department of Communications at UM–Columbia and is a contributor to the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE's) courses and materials on inclusive teaching. She is the author of many peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, provides peer review for various journals, and serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Diversity in Higher Education.
