Leela Mogadam is an organizational communication Ph.D. student. Her research interests include identity, membership, gender, and stigma.  

Leela received a B.A. in Communication and French from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received a M.S. in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University. 

Leela has previously presented projects at both NCA and OCMC. 

At Mizzou, Leela currently teaches COMM 1200.
