Clementina Edema is a first-year doctoral student in the Department of Communication. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Media Technology from Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria, an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, and a Master’s in Organizational Communication from Illinois State University. Her research interests center on leadership and power in organizations, with particular attention to how identity, hegemony, and dissent shape organizational dynamics.

Clementina is currently a graduate instructor of record for Public Speaking in the Department of Communication at the University of Missouri. She is an active member of the Graduate Professional Council at the University and maintains professional affiliations with the National Communication Association (NCA) and the Central States Communication Association (CSCA).
