Na is a first year doctoral student in the department of communication. Her research interests are health communication and gender research. Specifically, she focuses on the impact of the media on people's access to health information, the impact of the doctor-patient relationship on patients' experiences of health care, and the construction and alteration of gender stereotypes by the media.
